An Hindi Film which title Dolly Kitty and Those Twinkling Stars the English translation of 'Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare' is based on two sisters life who are struggling with their life to find the best partner in their life. When Dolly's cousin sister come to Delhi from Darbhanga after canceling her marriage, she wants to look for work in Dehli or NCR area to be independent, her sister's husband trying hard to impress her which she confesses to her sister but she rubbished it saying, "He is your brother in Low and he is just teasing you." It's discusses the stereotype of Indian society.

The film follows and narrates the story of Kajal, who is now working with a call center and has named her 'Kitty' where har job is to talk to men and satisfy their fantasy. She is kinda enjoying it and somehow fall for a guy she is been talking and start to see him. She find out that he is married and soon she opted out from the relationship. There are many ups and down in Dolly and Kitty's life through the film and how they cope with the situations would be a treat to watch. There are some other interesting character which will keep you engaged like Tiwari ji, Usmaan, Amit etc.
